"Shane fakes left, ha ha you believed me? Lay-up to the right? Ha ha! Again!" Shane laughed as he dunked the ball on Greyson. "Man come on cut me some slack Shane! You been ridin my score all day!" He laughed too and punched Shane in the arm. "Chill out Grey. I'm gonna go home, take a shower, then you'd better show up. You know the time and you know how to get to the park." Grey sighed. Shane and Blaze set him up on a blind double date. "Come on Shane. What if she don't like me?" Shane put his hand on Grey's shoulder. "It's gonna be ok. She'll like you and you'll like her so don't worry." Grey had been living with Shane for a month now because he had to live with a family he knew in America, Shane's family, until he could take care of himself or until his parents came back from Ghana. They were missionaries over in Ghana since Grey was five and they wanted Grey to get an American education. Shane and Grey knew each other from before kindergarten so that was the family he'd live with. Both boy's parents had kept in contact and when they each had phones of their own(Grey got his on a visit to the States.), they talked over the phone. With a heave and a sigh, Grey said "Ok." and picked up the ball."I'm just gonna satay here for a few minutes." he said. "I'm trusting you on this Shane. I hope she likes me." "Oh calm down. She will. She's a friend of Blaze and by the way, she just got stem cells so she'll be on crutches til she relearns how to walk. And don't ask what happened. She doesn't like to talk about it." Grey nodded and went inside. Blind date tip #1:Don't ask what happened ever ever EVER.
