Shane and Blaze were laying down on his bed, The tv was on but they weren't listening. They were talking until they heard a news report:
"There is a man who escaped from a police car at the local mall. He was taken into custody for the attempted murder of 17-year-old Elias Josiath Greyson. It is said that the man, Greyson's biological father, threw a knife which cut him deep in the side and then stomped his chest, breaking his ribs. The suspect..." They showed Eli's dad's picture.  Shane sat up. "H*** no. I know that b****. I'll find him. I owe his sorry a**." Eli's dad was apart of the Klu Klux Klan. When Shane's dad married his step mother, who was black, Eli's father would call and threaten them all. He scared Shane's step mom until she'd lay awake crying and thinking that the next day, someone would be dead because of her. "Shane calm down. I hate it when you get mad like this. I like you better as the sweet, caring, loving Shane that I fell in love with. I don't like the Shane that gets mad at half everything." Shane's mouth hardened to a stubborn line as if it were carved from stone. "It isn't half everything and I'll never forget it." Blaze kissed his jaw and his face softened a little. She kissed him again and he almost smiled. He laid down. "Blaze, you know I hate when you do this." She smiled and laid down. He held her closer to him. "Do what?" He kissed her. "See? You're doing that too." Blaze laughed and Shane rolled his eyes. "Whatever. You'll say anything to make yourself innocent, huh?" "But I am until proven guilty." Shane kissed her neck and she ran her hand along his cheek.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~K-Mar is back for a bit! YAY!~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
K-Mar yelled at Shane through the phone.
"COME ON SHANE! Didn't you learn a thing from R.J. and Zoey? I swear I don't know how to get any lesson through your thick skull!" "Cut me some slack, K. It just...I don't know...it just...happened." "Oh of course. You can't control what just 'happens' can you?" K-Mar spat sarcastically. Suddenly Shane remebered the day he got a call from R.J. It had been a false alarm when he thought Zoey was pregnant. "Well she can't be preg---" K-Mar stopped him. "Shut up! How do you know? Accidents happen every day, smart one! If they didn't, you wouldn't see so many teens going for abortion. Gosh have you learned a thing? And how did you make it through school cause I sure would have held your stupid self back!" K sighed. He could tell he had hurt Shane a little. "I'm sorry I'm just trying to watch out for you, Shane. I didn't mean to yell at you but you know I'm just worried." "I know, K and I'm sorry. I should have stopped her...no I should have stopped myself. Man, If she's pregnant I don't know what I'll do. Maybe I should tell her to get an a---" "NO! Don't ever tell her to get an abortion. At least promise me you won't let her abort it." "Why not?" "Shane, the sin was in the sex, not the child that might be growin on the inside of Blaze. Just calm down. You still both could get out lucky. Well I gotta go. My first class is in ten minutes so I gotta get over there. Remember your promise!" "Ok." Shane said flatly. "K. Bye" "Bye."
